Definiely not a good tire!
After experiencing issues with two sets of defective tires within just 10,000 miles, I'm making the switch to a more reliable option. I'm looking for tires that aren't made in Taiwan and don't suffer from the out-of-round and vibration problems commonly found in those tires.
